Who knows!
So many people have talked to me about losing weight. I will tell you that unless you have a genetic issue with your thyroid or some other metabolic concern that is hard wired, just about anybody's body can lose weight if they do the right things through their nutrition and exercise. They key is to stop worrying about which are the best diet pills to take and start looking at other pills like minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, EFAs, and things that your body actually needs to do the job.
You see, whatever the best diet pills are - they will never replace your body's natural ability to lose weight. There's a reason you are fat or unhappy with your weight. It's because your body simply can't deal with it. It doesn't have the resources and it's run out of borrowing room. The things you are eating like soda and donuts, or even your lowfat yogurts (which, btw, have a ton of sugars and preservatives in them) are stocked full of junk that depletes your body of the resources it needs to keep fit.
