The best diet pills are the ones you avoid |

Although in my life personally I've never had a major problem with weight, my mother was someone who struggled with her weight and is still finding ways to lose it. Often she would be in a frantic search for the best diet pills - looking into Herbalife, Metabolife, and all those other big brands back then. Problem with these was that although they advertised that they had the best diet pills, they were in fact worse for her in the end than she needed.
Problem with diet pills is that the concept of losing weight, in nature, is something that is not meant to happen very easily. Think about it: weight has a purpose. Fat keeps us warm and defended against the elements. It keeps energy in case of starvation. It has many roles, so we naturally are not going to be able to lose it easily. So, anything that advertises itself as the best diet pills for your fat is going to do something to your body that will drastically change the metabolism so you can lose weight.
Does that even sound healthy? Think about it.
