The month of June marked the release of the new weight loss product Alli. Touted as the best diet pills available without being prescription diet pills, I decided to do a little research on it. Since it is fairly new I was unable to find any actual testimonies about these supposed best diet pills. This product works by blocking the absorption of fat into the bloodstream. Sounds perfect right? Well after reading the literature and reviews , I wondered who would actually want to deal with the side effects of Alli? The main side effects of the " best diet pills you can get without a prescription" is pooping your pants. The directions actually state to wear dark underwear and clothing due to the common side effect of passing stools along with excessive gas with little or no warning. Apparently this is thee most common side effect and only worsens if you cheat on the diet plan that is included with the pills. The weight loss is not that substantial ,only increasing weight loss by 5-6 pounds more then a regular healthy diet and exercise program over a six month period. While these very well may be the best diet pills on the market I think I would rather be fat then have to worry about excessively farting and pooping myself in public.
