Losing weight can pose a problem if you have little time for exercise and are also strapped for cash. If this sounds familiar, you might be thinking that cheap diet pills are the answer to your dilemma. I'm writing this blog to warn you of the dangers of cheap diet pills before you buy any. First, cheap diet pills are often ineffective, or at least not proven, so there is a strong possibility that you'd simply be wasting your money if you bought some. Cheap diet pills sometimes contain nothing more than caffeine. They may give you a nice little energy boost, but that doesn't mean they will also make you lose weight. Worse still, cheap diet pills can contain a dangerous ingredient called phenylpropanolamine, which is similar to an amphetamine. The phenylpropanolamine found in some cheap diet pills can cause serious side effects such as brain hemorrhage, high blood pressure, probable dependence, insomnia and heart palpitations. In other words, cheap diet pills could make you very ill if they don't actually kill you. If you are worried about your weight, make an appointment to see your doctor and ask him about prescription diet pills. Not only will such pills be FDA approved, but your insurance company will pick up most of the tab.
